almavita GmbH is a new sponsor for stationary nursing homes in Germany, which is rapidly developing and positioning itself on the market. Embedded in the holding structure of the Senior Care GmbH, almavita GmbH already holds several – and in the future further – nursing homes.

The almavita group started in 2016 with the first location in Wildeshausen providing 72 beds.

In the beginning of 2017 another location located near Regensburg with a capacity of 130 beds has been successfully integrated. Two further residences has been integratet the beginning of 2018. That makes almavita after it’s foundation to an important contact partner and economically outstanding operator of social facilities at a total of four locations within a year.

Due to several service highlights, which aim at the well-being and the dignified life situation of the residents as well as the satisfaction of the employees almavita achieves an extraordinary performance.

Process standardization across the individual operations as well as the benefits of cost advantages through scale effects are the gains for the individual locations. Therefore financial success can be derived and a close networking of the individual locations is promoted.
